ORDERING TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Payment to The Sweet Spot is your agreement to the Polices, Terms and Conditions we have set. In the event that you do break these terms and conditions, you agree to pay all costs associated with filing a civil class suit on my part.
RUSH ORDER POLICY: Orders placed within 1 week of pick-up time require full payment.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: Your order is not secured until full payment has been received. Orders under $100 must be paid in full. A 50% non-refundable retainer for orders over $100 holds your date with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your pick up date.
CANCELLATIONS: Please contact me directly for any cancellations. All deposit/retainer funds are non-refundable. No refund at all for orders cancelled with less than 1 week notice.
DAMAGE POLICY: We strive to make our clients happy and provide the best service possible. Upon taking possession of your order The Sweet Spot is not responsible for any damage occurring to the order during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
PERFORMANCE: All photographs provided to The Sweet Spot are for inspiration only. Each order is a unique work of art. We do not duplicate others work and cannot guarantee exactness even to our own prior work.
FLOWER DISCLOSURE: Fresh flowers used for decoration are not a food product and may contain pesticides, dirt, insects or other contaminants. Faux flowers can be used instead by request.
ALLERGEN DISCLOSURE: THE SWEET SPOT PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN OR COME IN CONTACT WITH MILK, WHEAT, NUTS OR OTHER ALLERGENS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO INFORM HIS/HER GUESTS OF THIS FACT. THE SWEET SPOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR INJURIES SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF CONSUMPTION.
